We had a special family meeting a couple nights ago. Dad challenged us to read the entire Book of Mormon by the time Dallas gets home from his mission. If we read 15 pages every day until he gets home (6 weeks), then we will have it finished. Dad also challenged us to pray each time before we start reading to help us get more out of what we are reading. Everyone agreed to take the challenge.
We took so many family trips together growing up and Dad told us how much he cherishes those memories. We also had fun talking about all our fun memories. One of my most favorite memories was the trip up California through the redwood forest, where me and Alissa made our now famous Blackberry Cobbler, which Mom claims to be "the best she's ever tasted", but we have a sneaky suspicion it might be closely related to the "oh my gosh, this is the best burrito I've ever eaten", which turned out to be frozen burritos :)
Please post one of your favorite memories.
